House Rules – R73 Residences Hotel **** Pécs

Check in, payment and check out

  • Room keys will be handed over from 14:00 (2 PM) to 23:00 (11 PM) on the day of arrival
  • Check-out until 10:00 (10 AM) on the day of departure
  • Payment is made upon check-in
  • R73 Residences accepts HUF and EUR both card and cash payments.
  • The accommodation accepts OTP, K&H and MBH SZÉP cards. Cash payment is not available (only cash substitutes or bank transfer are accepted).
  • All guests above the age of 18 must pay tourism tax (400 HUF/person/night)
  • R73 Residences is under supervision between 6-24h, supervisors can be contacted both personally and via telephone (during weekends it’s between 0-24h)

  • Guests must sign a registration form upon arrival
  • Only registered guests may enter the hotel rooms; unregistered guest invitations must be conducted in the hotel lobby.

Consumption of food & beverages

  • The room prices include continental Swedish breakfast served every morning 7:00-10:00 in the hotel lobby.
  • Bar is open at the hotel lobby for both in-house and walk-in guests /outsiders.
  • Alcoholic drinks not purchased at the hotel bar cannot be consumed at the hotel lobby.
  • Alcoholic drinks are not served under the age of 18! When requested, an ID or passport must be presented to verify age before drinks can be served.

Cleaning

  • Cleaning of hotel rooms are scheduled between 8:00-14:00
  • “Do not disturb” Signs on the door handles notify staff not to enter the rooms uninvited.
  • “Cleaning requested” signs notify housekeeps to schedule for extra cleaning requests.

Parking

Our hotel’s private parking may be used by hotel guests only. R73 Residences does not take responsibility for any damage or theft caused to the vehicles at the hotel premises.

Services

  • Under the age of 14, hotel services may only be requested under supervision by the child’s parent or authorized caretaker.
  • All rooms are equipped with a personal lockable vault / safe.
  • All rooms are equipped with TV, telephone and internet access.
  • All rooms are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a bread toaster, and a fridge.
  • All Family Apartments, Queen Apartments and Panoramic Studio rooms are equipped with a kitchenette.
  • All rooms are equipped with air conditioning
  • Our hotel is equipped with a Gym/Fitness area to be used free of charge by hotel guests. The Gym is to be used to one’s personal responsibility. Everyone under the age of 14 must have their parents/appointed caretaker present when using equipment in the Fitness area.
  • An infra-sauna cabin and massage services are available at our hotel. Infra-sauna can be rented at an hourly rate at reception. Massage is scheduled at reception; massage studio is provided by the hotel. Massage service itself is provided and billed independently by a third-party masseur.
  • Our hotel provides scheduled morning alarms when requested by our guest.
  • Our hotel provides laundry and ironing services for guests carried out by our housekeeping staff only. Service pricings are displayed on laundry sheets located in the hotel rooms.

Smoking

  • Smoking is forbidden in all hotel rooms and interiors, including electronic cigarettes, vapes, and all kinds of heaters or smokers.
  • All guests must smoke only at designated smoking areas within the hotel premises.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

Damages and fire

  • Compensation for damage caused by either negligence or intention is the responsibility of the person causing damage.
  • We kindly ask our guests to report any damage or issues with the rooms, common areas or hotel equipment at reception.
  • In case of fire, all rooms must be emptied, guests must follow emergency protocol displayed in hotel rooms, and follow instructions of hotel staff.
  • In case of fire the hotel reception must be informed immediately.
  • Guests must use hotel equipment and services at their own responsibility, according to their own awareness of physical and mental health. By a lack thereof, R73 Residences refuses all responsibility regarding all accidents or damage caused.

Items lost and found

  • Items found are to be handed in at reception, where inventory is registered and if possible stored for 3 months maximum.
  • R73 Residences does not take responsibility for any items or valuables lost. For keeping such items safe, a keypad lock vault is provided in all rooms.

Other mentionables

  • Any information involving guests is private, to be handed out by prior agreement by the guest only, including to friends and relatives (or any third party)! This privacy policy is void only when legal obligations override.
  • For the safety of our guests a 24/7 reception service and camera surveillance is active.
  • We kindly ask our guests to take general public dressing/clothing rules and laws into account.
  • We ask our guests to avoid all loud or otherwise disturbing activities that could upset the peace and well-being of our residents. Such activities are strictly forbidden after 22:00.

Carriage of the following items or materials onto hotel premises are strictly forbidden:

  • According to current legislation any caustic, toxic, flammable, explosive or otherwise labeled as legally dangerous materials.
  • Items of extremely high value to be legally reported such as collectors’ items, museal items etc.
  • Firecrackers or any fireworks, including their parts or processed raw materials, any waste or hazardous materials
  • Psychotropic substances
  • Weapons or any items legally labeled as weapons, except when a legal license is present and the hotel is notified and has agreed prior to confirmation with the owner.
  • All above criteria and house rules are automatically agreed at check-in.

Fines to be collected in case of damage caused:

  • Blankets, pillows and covers: 20.000 HUF / pcs
  • Bed sheets: 15.000 HUF /pcs
  • Decorative pillows: 5.000 HUF /pcs
  • Plush blankets: 20.000 HUF /pcs
  • Large towels: 10.000 HUF / pcs
  • Small towels: 5.000 HUF / pcs
  • Fire alarm in case intervention is needed by fire department: the full sum invoiced by the authorities
  • Smoking in any rooms or non-designated areas: 80.000 HUF
  • Special cleaning needed (rugs, carpets, permanent room textiles etc): 60.000 HUF
  • Mattress: 200.000-250.000 HUF depending on size.
